How it can help
Family support
My Own Time And Space (MyOTAS) is a registered charity who provide families with support and information. This includes:
- signposting families to vital information and services
- an emotional support group
- opportunities to meet other parents, such as face to face groups, coffee mornings and walk and talk events
- email support and online zoom groups
Activities for children and teenagers
MyOTAS also provide a range of activities for children and young people who are neurodivergent. This includes Woodland Warriors outdoor activities, mindful crafts and sensory yoga. All activities:
- are inclusive and suitable for children and teenagers
- limited to a small group
- teach relaxation and different ways to manage emotions
- provide an opportunity to interact with peers
No diagnosis is needed to access support.

Eligibility
Open to all children and young people who are neurodivergent and their families. No diagnosis is required.
